Return Policy

Please notify us of a return within 14 days. We will give you specific instructions as to where the items need to be shipped and how they should be repackaged. Be sure to include insurance for the full amount of your purchase. We will issue a credit back to your account promptly (for the price of the merchandise, less the shipping charge) once the return is received in the original condition.

Damaged Merchandise

We suggest that you unwrap your purchase carefully, to preserve all of the shipping materials in case the item arrives damaged. Also, there may be loose parts inside the package that can be overlooked if it is not unpacked with care. Please notify us within 5 days to let us know about any damage and we will give you specific instructions.

Shipping Charges

Lighting

The shipping charges for the lamps are as follows: Table lamps are $75 each; Floor lamps are $125 each. They are sent via UPS ground and will be left at your door without a signature unless otherwise requested. Generally, the lamps take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Jewelry

Jewelry is sent USPS Priority Mail. The charges are $10 per jewelry order. Generally, the jewelry takes from 1-2 weeks to arrive.
